Saturday, August 23, 2003 The Gender Genie This was facinating, although in an odd way. Apparently, when I write a paper I write like a man, when I write an email, I write like a woman. Umm what does this say? That papers (ie "professional or academic" writing style) is masculine, and that, dare I say it, private sphere writing is feminine. F-ing stupid.
